Project Overview

The Lead Connector Vision Inspection System is a precision AOI solution designed to detect bending (coplanarity defects) and deformation of connector leads in production environments. The system automatically inspects connector terminals. It measures lead alignment, height deviation, pitch consistency, and deformation conditions to ensure compliance with strict dimensional tolerances. It delivers real-time PASS/NG judgment and statistical monitoring, eliminating manual visual inspection variability and preventing downstream soldering failures.
