Automatically detects and tests the presence of a magnet and returns PASS or NG.
The Lead Connector Vision Inspection System is a precision AOI solution designed to detect bending (coplanarity defects) and deformation of connector leads in production environments. The system automatically inspects connector terminals. It measures lead alignment, height deviation, pitch consistency, and deformation conditions to ensure compliance with strict dimensional tolerances. It delivers real-time PASS/NG judgment and statistical monitoring, eliminating manual visual inspection variability and preventing downstream soldering failures.
The Switch Tester is a precision automated testing system designed to evaluate the actuation force, tactile response, and endurance of industrial switches. The system applies controlled downward force onto the switch under test using a motorized actuator while simultaneously measuring the exact force via an integrated weight controller (load cell). This enables accurate, repeatable measurement of actuation point, release point, and force-travel characteristics —eliminating operator subjectivity from switch quality inspection.
A fully automated grinding system designed for high-precision edge finishing of steel round bars. The machine removes burrs and sharp edges from bar ends, delivering consistent chamfered surfaces without manual intervention. Bars are automatically fed into the grinding station, where precision-controlled grinding wheels process the edge profile to specification. The automated cycle — from loading to discharge — ensures uniform quality across every piece while maximizing throughput for continuous production environments. Built for reliability in demanding industrial settings, this system eliminates the inconsistency and safety risks of manual grinding while significantly reducing labor costs and cycle time.
The system automatically inspects LCD modules of remote control units using multi-camera image processing, real-time display analysis, and synchronized hardware control. It ensures accurate detection of segment defects, display brightness uniformity, missing elements, incorrect characters, and functional abnormalities — delivering instant PASS/NG judgment for each unit.
Detect PCBA line open circuit, error and leakage parts, bad parts, bad insertion and component values
Automated inspection and testing system designed for e-paper (e-ink) display module production lines. It performs multi-step quality validation including firmware flashing, voltage measurement across 8 channels, serial command verification, and real-time pass/fail tracking — all integrated with barcode scanning and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) logging for full production traceability.
After scanning barcode, the program automatically finds the work instruction files (xlsx, pdf, ppt, etc) in the specified folder then opens it with full screen. User can choose specific tab or sheet depending on the file type for each monitor. It reduces the work where the user has to open the work instruction file for each monitor every time the producing model changes
PC-based automated optical inspection (AOI) system designed for LED PCB quality control. It captures real-time images from a USB camera and performs HSV color-space analysis on individual LEDs and 7-segment displays to determine their ON/OFF state and color correctness. Each LED is evaluated within a circular Region of Interest (ROI) using configurable color thresholds, and the system delivers an instant PASS/NG judgment for the entire board. Integrated with a PLC via serial communication, LED VISION supports fully automated inline inspection with cylinder control, sensor-triggered test starts, and configurable recipe management.
Two-stage pressure table control+High-precision double-screw track Universal test platform, compatible with mainstream brand test master
A torque verification system used on a production line to validate screw fastening torque on electronic assemblies. The system reads real-time torque values from a torque driver, compares them against predefined min/max thresholds, and determines PASS or FAIL for each screw. Results are logged to CSV and reported to MES.
Detects the white sticker and determine PASS or NG.
Flatness inspection system designed to verify surface planarity and dimensional consistency of precision components. The system utilizes multiple high-accuracy digital dial gauges (distance measuring instruments) strategically positioned across the product surface. During inspection, each gauge measures the height variation at defined points in real time. The software collects all measurement values simultaneously and compares them against configurable minimum and maximum tolerance limits.
Rack tracking and time-control solution designed for manufacturing environments. The system requires operators to scan the rack barcode before it is registered for production. Once scanned, the rack is logged into the system and its process time is automatically tracked. When the rack approaches the exit gate, the system verifies whether the required holding time (configured by the user) has been met. If the rack attempts to exit before the preset time has elapsed, an automatic audible alarm is triggered to prevent premature release. This ensures compliance with process timing requirements, reduces human error, and enforces production discipline.
An automated LCD panel inspection station. Operator places the LCD panel in the enclosed orange jig, presses the green start button, and the system automatically runs a 10-step test sequence — cycling through all-segments-on patterns, horizontal/vertical line tests, full white screen backlight check, and d text rendering across multiple color backgrounds (white, red, green, blue). Each step uses MICOM serial commands to change the LCD state while the camera captures and analyzes within the green ROI boundary. Final PASS/FAIL judgment appears on the program
Custom ICT fixture requested by customer
A purpose-built automated testing platform designed for final-stage quality validation of automotive electronic components on the production line. The system integrates power supply control, precision current measurement, and LIN/CAN bus communication into a single unified station — enabling manufacturers to verify electrical performance, protocol compliance, and functional behavior of each unit before shipment. Equipped with an intuitive operator interface, real-time diagnostics, and LDF-based protocol configuration, the EOL tester ensures every product leaving the line meets automotive-grade reliability standards.
This is a fully automated assembly line for friction dampers (마찰댐퍼) used in suspension systems. The machine takes individual parts (damper body, capillary, grease, holder, cap, etc.) and performs the full assembly, inspection, and marking process automatically.

Automated electrical component testing and quality assurance application for manufacturing inspection. It performs multi-parameter electrical measurements (inductance, capacitance, DC resistance) on electronic components via serial-connected instruments, validates results against configurable specifications, and generates QR code labels with encrypted test data for product traceability and compliance documentation. Designed for industrial electronics manufacturing — specifically filters, inductors, and similar components — the system automates the full test-to-label workflow, reducing human error and enforcing quality standards.
Leak detection system designed for reliable sealing verification in manufacturing environments. If leakage exceeds the acceptable threshold, the product is immediately classified as NG (No Good). PASS/FAIL results are displayed clearly on the interface for fast operator decision-making.
This project uses auto torque program that measure the torque value to make sure the screw is screwed properly and for each step, the jig automatically flips over the sample so that it becomes easier for the user to screw the sample. Also, there is a guide acryl for the screw hole so it's easier for the user to screw.
This is an automotive Functional Circuit Test (FCT) system for production-line testing of PCBs. It handles firmware downloading via Cyclone programmer, LED voltage/current measurement, OTP (One-Time Programmable) chip programming, and multi-protocol communication testing.
