LED Vision
Project Overview
PC-based automated optical inspection (AOI) system designed for LED PCB quality control. It captures real-time images from a USB camera and performs HSV color-space analysis on individual LEDs and 7-segment displays to determine their ON/OFF state and color correctness. Each LED is evaluated within a circular Region of Interest (ROI) using configurable color thresholds, and the system delivers an instant PASS/NG judgment for the entire board. Integrated with a PLC via serial communication, LED VISION supports fully automated inline inspection with cylinder control, sensor-triggered test starts, and configurable recipe management.
