Torque Inspection System

Project Overview

A torque verification system used on a production line to validate screw fastening torque on electronic assemblies. The system reads real-time torque values from a torque driver, compares them against predefined min/max thresholds, and determines PASS or FAIL for each screw. Results are logged to CSV and reported to MES.
