Project Overview

Flatness inspection system designed to verify surface planarity and dimensional consistency of precision components. The system utilizes multiple high-accuracy digital dial gauges (distance measuring instruments) strategically positioned across the product surface. During inspection, each gauge measures the height variation at defined points in real time. The software collects all measurement values simultaneously and compares them against configurable minimum and maximum tolerance limits.
