LCD Inspection System

Project Overview

An automated LCD panel inspection station. Operator places the LCD panel in the enclosed orange jig, presses the green start button, and the system automatically runs a 10-step test sequence — cycling through all-segments-on patterns, horizontal/vertical line tests, full white screen backlight check, and d text rendering across multiple color backgrounds (white, red, green, blue). Each step uses MICOM serial commands to change the LCD state while the camera captures and analyzes within the green ROI boundary. Final PASS/FAIL judgment appears on the program
