Project Overview

Inspection system designed for TV PCB manufacturing. It performs multi-domain quality verification — serial communication testing, audio analysis using oscilloscope, and machine vision — all within a single unified platform. The system supports simultaneous dual-board testing (LEFT and RIGHT stations), allowing two TV PCBs to be inspected in parallel on one workstation. Each test sequence is defined by a configurable recipe (model file), making it adaptable to different TV models without code changes. Test results are logged per board and integrated with the factory MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for full traceability.
