Project Overview

Vision inspection system designed to verify harness cable assembly accuracy in manufacturing environments. The system inspects the connector housing, confirms the correct number of wires inserted, and verifies that each cable is connected to the proper terminal position with the correct color sequence. Using high-resolution cameras and intelligent image analysis, it detects missing wires, misalignment, incorrect color combinations, and improper insertion in real time.
