Ventilation Fan Inspection System

Project Overview

Automated test and inspection system designed for ventilation fan PCB production lines. It orchestrates multi-array testing workflows — controlling up to 10 test arrays in parallel — while interfacing with barcode scanners, energy meters, PLCs, and microcontroller boards. All test results are logged and exported to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for full production traceability
