UV Laser Marking Machine
Project Overview
UV laser marking leaves a permanent mark without touching the part and without ink or consumables, which makes it the right choice for traceability codes on PCBs and on delicate plastic housings that heat-based marking would damage. The station combines a galvo scanner head, a manually adjustable Z-axis column with a scale for different part heights, and a perforated worktable that takes customer jigs and fixtures directly. T.N.G TECH supplies the machine with its dedicated industrial water chiller and integrates it into the line: part fixturing, camera verification of the marked code in the same cycle, fume extraction, safety enclosure, and hand-off of the marked code into your test data or MES. Because we also build the test and inspection equipment that reads these codes, the marking station and the traceability system are designed to work together from the start.
