T.N.G TECH integrates the laser source into a complete station: fixture, handling, vision alignment, extraction and safety enclosure.
Because we also build the test and inspection equipment that reads those codes, the marking station and the traceability system are designed to work together from the start.

Frequently asked questions
- Can you add laser marking to a line we already run?
- Yes. A marking station can be built as a standalone cell or integrated into existing conveyor and MES signalling.
- Will the mark be readable by our scanners?
- We verify the mark with a camera or scanner in the station itself and tune contrast and size to your reader before handover.
- Which materials can you mark?
- Tell us the material and the required mark and we will test on your actual parts. Metal, many plastics and coated surfaces are common cases.
