ICT Testers & In-Circuit Test Systems
In-circuit testing checks every component on a populated PCB - resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, shorts and opens - before the board goes on to functional test. T.N.G TECH builds the complete station: the tester, the fixture, the probe plate and the test program.
As the official PTI distributor in Thailand we supply offline platforms such as the PTI-816S and PTI-818SII and inline systems such as the PTI-2000, then install, program and maintain them from our workshop in Panthong, Chonburi.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between ICT and FCT?
- ICT measures individual components and connections on the populated board, while FCT powers the board up and checks that it performs its function. Most customers run ICT first, then FCT.
- Can you build an ICT fixture for a board already in production?
- Yes. Send the Gerber, BOM and netlist and we will quote the fixture and the program. We regularly build fixtures for boards that are already running.
- Do you support the equipment after installation?
- Yes. We are based in Chonburi, so installation, operator training, spare probe pins and repairs are handled locally in English, Thai, Korean or Chinese.
