Industrial Robot Systems & Cells
A robot on its own is not a solution. We build the cell around it: the end effector, the part feeding, the vision guidance, the safety enclosure and the software that ties the robot to the test or inspection station next to it.
Our delivered work includes a SCARA robot automation system, and we integrate SCARA, delta and 6-axis arms depending on reach, payload and cycle time.
What we build
Pick and place cells
Tray, conveyor and magazine feeding with vision-guided picking and placement.
Custom end effectors
Vacuum, gripper and multi-tool heads designed and machined for your part.
Vision guidance
Camera-guided position correction so the robot handles parts that are not precisely located.
Test and inspection handling
Robots that load testers and inspection stations, removing the operator from the cycle.
Safety design
Guarding, light curtains, interlocks and risk assessment built into the cell.

Frequently asked questions
- Which robot brands do you work with?
- We select the arm to suit reach, payload, cycle time and the customer's existing maintenance standard rather than defaulting to one brand.
- Can a robot load our existing tester?
- Usually yes. We design the handling and the signal interface so the robot loads and unloads equipment you already run.
- Is a robot cheaper than a dedicated machine?
- It depends on the job. For varied products or multiple steps a robot is often more flexible, while a single high-volume step is often cheaper as a dedicated machine. We will say which fits your case.
