EOL Testers & End-of-Line Test Systems
End-of-line testing is the last gate before the product ships. It verifies the finished assembly as a whole - function, safety, calibration, labelling - and records the result against the serial number so a field return can be traced back to its test data.
T.N.G TECH builds EOL stations in single and dual-type layouts, with the fixture, the instruments, the barcode traceability and the operator software delivered as one machine.
What we build
Whole-product verification
Function, current draw, communication, display, sound and safety checks in one cycle.
Serial-number traceability
Every unit's result is stored against its barcode or QR code and exported for audits.
Dual-type throughput
Two fixtures on one frame keep the operator loading while the station tests.
MES and SPC output
CSV, database or MES hand-off so quality teams see yield without manual entry.
Poka-yoke built in
Presence sensors, interlocks and model detection stop the wrong unit from passing.

EOL
A purpose-built automated testing platform designed for final-stage quality validation of automotive electronic components on the production line. The system integrates power supply control, precision current measurement, and LIN/CAN bus communication into a single unified station — enabling manufacturers to verify electrical performance, protocol compliance, and functional behavior of each unit before shipment. Equipped with an intuitive operator interface, real-time diagnostics, and LDF-based protocol configuration, the EOL tester ensures every product leaving the line meets automotive-grade reliability standards.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between EOL and FCT?
- FCT tests the bare populated board; EOL tests the fully assembled product with its housing, cables and connectors. Many lines need both.
- Can the EOL station print labels or write calibration data?
- Yes. Label printing, EEPROM or firmware writing and calibration value storage are common additions to the test sequence.
- Can you retrofit traceability onto an existing station?
- In many cases yes. We can add barcode scanning, data logging and MES hand-off to equipment already on the line.
