Probe pins wear out. When they do, contact resistance rises, false failures appear and yield drops - usually long before anyone replaces them. We supply probe pins, spring contact pins, receptacles and fixture wear parts from stock in Chonburi.
Because we build ICT and FCT fixtures ourselves, we can identify the pin a fixture uses from a sample or a drawing, and advise when a probe plate is better refurbished than re-pinned.

- Can you supply pins for a fixture you did not build?
- Yes. Send a sample pin, a photo or the fixture drawing and we will identify the type and quote replacements.
- How often should probe pins be replaced?
- It depends on contact count, pad finish and pressing force. We can check a fixture's contact resistance and suggest a replacement interval from the measurements.
- Do you also service the fixture itself?
- Yes. Re-pinning, probe plate repair and mechanical refurbishment are done in our Chonburi workshop and contact-verified before return.
