Grinding Machine
A fully automated grinding system designed for high-precision edge finishing of steel round bars. The machine removes burrs and sharp edges from bar ends, delivering consistent chamfered surfaces without manual intervention. Bars are automatically fed into the grinding station, where precision-controlled grinding wheels process the edge profile to specification. The automated cycle — from loading to discharge — ensures uniform quality across every piece while maximizing throughput for continuous production environments. Suspension Assembly Automation Machine
This is a fully automated assembly line for friction dampers (마찰댐퍼) used in suspension systems. The machine takes individual parts (damper body, capillary, grease, holder, cap, etc.) and performs the full assembly, inspection, and marking process automatically.

AUTO COATING & ASSEMBLY MACHINE
This is a fully automated thermal grease dispensing, PCB placement, and screw fastening machine designed for assembling electronic power components (appears to be industrial motor starters / circuit breakers). The machine performs three sequential processes on a rotary index table to bond PCB assemblies onto aluminum heat sinks.

- Can you automate only one step of our line?
- Yes. Many projects are a single station that drops into an existing line, with the conveyor interface and signal hand-off matched to the equipment around it.
- Do you handle installation in our factory?
- Yes. We are in Chonburi, so we deliver, install, commission and train operators on site, and come back for service.
- What do you need to start?
- The part, the current cycle time and the target output. From there we propose a concept and tact-time calculation before detailed design.
