A test is only as good as the contact it makes. We design and build the jig around your board or product: probe layout, pressing mechanism, guide pins, wiring and the connector that meets your tester.
Jigs are machined, wired and contact-checked in our workshop in Panthong, Chonburi, which means short lead times, local revisions and spare probe pins on hand. More than ten of the projects in our portfolio are jig and fixture builds.

Lead Connector Inspection System
The Lead Connector Vision Inspection System is a precision AOI solution designed to detect bending (coplanarity defects) and deformation of connector leads in production environments. The system automatically inspects connector terminals. It measures lead alignment, height deviation, pitch consistency, and deformation conditions to ensure compliance with strict dimensional tolerances. Switch Tester
The Switch Tester is a precision automated testing system designed to evaluate the actuation force, tactile response, and endurance of industrial switches. The system applies controlled downward force onto the switch under test using a motorized actuator while simultaneously measuring the exact force via an integrated weight controller (load cell). This enables accurate, repeatable measurement of actuation point, release point, and force-travel characteristics —eliminating operator subjectivity from switch quality inspection.
Remote LCD Inspection System
The system automatically inspects LCD modules of remote control units using multi-camera image processing, real-time display analysis, and synchronized hardware control. It ensures accurate detection of segment defects, display brightness uniformity, missing elements, incorrect characters, and functional abnormalities — delivering instant PASS/NG judgment for each unit.
Epaper Inspection System
Automated inspection and testing system designed for e-paper (e-ink) display module production lines. It performs multi-step quality validation including firmware flashing, voltage measurement across 8 channels, serial command verification, and real-time pass/fail tracking — all integrated with barcode scanning and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) logging for full production traceability.
LED Vision
PC-based automated optical inspection (AOI) system designed for LED PCB quality control. It captures real-time images from a USB camera and performs HSV color-space analysis on individual LEDs and 7-segment displays to determine their ON/OFF state and color correctness. Each LED is evaluated within a circular Region of Interest (ROI) using configurable color thresholds, and the system delivers an instant PASS/NG judgment for the entire board. Integrated with a PLC via serial communication, LED VISION supports fully automated inline inspection with cylinder control, sensor-triggered test starts, and configurable recipe management.
Frequently asked questions
- What do you need to quote a test jig?
- Gerber or 3D data plus the test point list is ideal. If you only have a physical sample we can measure it and work from that.
- Can you make a jig for another supplier's tester?
- Yes. We build jigs that mate with existing testers from other makers, including the interface connector and pin assignment.
- How do you handle worn probe pins?
- We keep probe pins in stock and can supply replacements or refurbish the probe plate, usually without taking the jig out of service for long.
