Functional circuit testing powers the finished board up and exercises it the way the product will: supply rails, signals, communication, display output, motor and relay loads. T.N.G TECH designs the FCT station around your board rather than around a catalogue model.
We have built FCT equipment for automotive boards, display boards in single and dual-type layouts, and appliance control boards, including the jig, the wiring, the instrument set and the operator software.

Pass/fail screens, barcode traceability, CSV and SPC logging in the operator's language.
Jig and fixture together
The test jig is made in the same workshop as the tester, so contact and alignment are proven before delivery.

Automotive FCT
This is an automotive Functional Circuit Test (FCT) system for production-line testing of PCBs. It handles firmware downloading via Cyclone programmer, LED voltage/current measurement, OTP (One-Time Programmable) chip programming, and multi-protocol communication testing.
Ventilation Fan Inspection System
Automated test and inspection system designed for ventilation fan PCB production lines. It orchestrates multi-array testing workflows — controlling up to 10 test arrays in parallel — while interfacing with barcode scanners, energy meters, PLCs, and microcontroller boards. All test results are logged and exported to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for full production traceability
Frequently asked questions
- Do you need our schematic to quote an FCT?
- A test specification and a board sample are usually enough for a first quote. The schematic is needed once we design the jig wiring and the test sequence.
- Can an FCT tester also run EOL checks?
- Often yes. If the final product test overlaps with the board test we can combine them into one station, or build a separate EOL tester for the assembled product.
- How long does an FCT project take?
- It depends on board complexity and instrument lead time. We give a schedule with the quote and build everything in-house in Chonburi, which keeps revisions fast.
